AmzOperator ("we", "us", "our") provides an AI-powered platform for Amazon sellers, including PPC Optimizer and Product Research tools. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it.

• Account information: name, email address, and login credentials when you register for AmzOperator.
• Amazon Advertising data: when you connect your Amazon Ads account via OAuth (Login with Amazon), we access advertising campaign, keyword, search term, and placement reports through the Amazon Advertising API, strictly to generate PPC diagnostics and recommendations within our platform.
• Uploaded files: advertising reports (XLSX/CSV) you upload manually, if you choose not to use the OAuth connection.
• Usage data: basic technical logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for security and service improvement.

2. How We Use Your Data

• To generate PPC diagnostic reports and optimization recommendations.
• To operate and improve the AmzOperator platform and its AI analysis engine.
• To communicate with you regarding your account or support requests.

We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your Amazon Advertising data for any purpose other than providing the AmzOperator service to you.

3. Amazon Advertising API Access

When you connect your Amazon Ads account, we store an encrypted OAuth refresh token that allows us to retrieve your advertising reports on your behalf. You may revoke this access at any time through your Amazon Advertising account settings or by contacting us, after which we will delete the stored token and cease retrieving new data.

4. Data Storage and Security

OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest. Access to production systems is restricted. Data is stored on servers operated by AmzOperator and its hosting providers.

5. Data Retention

We retain advertising report data and account information for as long as your account remains active, or as needed to provide the service. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us at the email below.
