These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of AmzOperator, an AI-powered platform for Amazon sellers, including PPC Optimizer and Product Research tools (the "Service"), operated by AmzOperator.
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
AmzOperator provides AI-driven analysis of Amazon advertising and product data to generate diagnostics, recommendations, and reports for Amazon sellers. Data may be supplied by you via manual upload or via a connection to your Amazon Advertising account through OAuth (Login with Amazon).
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering.
If you connect your Amazon Advertising account, you authorize AmzOperator to retrieve advertising reports on your behalf via the Amazon Advertising API, solely for the purpose of providing the Service. You may disconnect this access at any time.
You agree not to use the Service to violate any applicable law, Amazon's policies, or the rights of any third party, and not to attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
Certain features of the Service may require a paid subscription or one-time payment, as described on our pricing page at the time of purchase.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Recommendations generated by the Service are informational and do not guarantee any specific business outcome. You are responsible for reviewing and approving any changes before applying them to your live Amazon advertising campaigns.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AmzOperator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service and disconnect your accounts at any time.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
